2025 UC Moves Challenge

This May, get outside, get moving, and build healthy habits that will pay off all year long! Join your UC Santa Cruz faculty and staff community in moving more and building healthy habits with daily challenges, fun tips, and healthy recipes. Get inspired to try new outdoor physical activities like hiking, cycling, tennis, and golf. Whether you take a fitness class, park further away, go on a walk, or spend the afternoon gardening, every movement counts!
