UC Moves Challenge

UC Moves is a spring time month-long physical activity challenge to inspire the UC Santa Cruz faculty and staff community to get outside, get moving, and build healthy habits that will pay off all year long! The challenge encourages you to move more and build healthy habits with daily fun tips, and healthy recipes. Explore new outdoor physical activities like hiking, cycling, tennis, and golf.

Every movement counts, whether it is a fitness class, parking further away, going on a walk, or spending the afternoon gardening.
