Faculty & Staff Health and Well-being Program

Welcome

The Faculty & Staff Health and Well-being Program, part of UCSC’s Office of Risk Services, is here to support the health and well-being of our campus community. We offer workshops, activity challenges, and wellness programs to provide tools and skills for building healthy habits, leading healthy lifestyles and preventing injury and illness. Our programming focuses on emotional, nutritional, and physical wellness, and we work closely with medical providers, health insurance partners, and other resources to offer well-rounded support for a healthier campus environment.
