Get Your Flu Shot at UCSC this Fall!
As we approach flu season, it is more important than ever to prioritize our health and well-being. UC Santa Cruz is committed to supporting the wellness of our community, and we are pleased to announce our annual Staff and Faculty Flu Clinic. This clinic is designed to make it easy for you to get vaccinated against the flu, helping to protect yourself, your colleagues, and your loved ones. Occupational Health Services in the Office of Risk Services is partnering with Safeway Pharmacy to provide flu vaccines to covered employees.
Participants who attend our flu shot clinic will be entered into a raffle to win some amazing prizes!
Flu shots are limited and offered by appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can get the flu shot at the Student Health Center.

Preparing for your appointment:
- What to Wear: Please wear a loose-fitting or short-sleeve shirt for easy access to the upper arm.
- Medical insurance information must be present at time of service.
UC Flu Vaccination Requirements: On or before November 1, 2025, UC Santa Cruz staff and academic employees MUST comply with the University of California Policy on Vaccination Programs that require flu vaccination. Click on the following link to submit an Influenza “flu” Vaccine Declination Statement form if you wish to decline by November 1, 2025.
