Occupational Health Services at UC Santa Cruz is Located at 100 Enterprise Way, Suite 100, Scotts Valley, CA 95066. Our center provides comprehensive occupational health support, integrating medical surveillance, risk assessment, clinical occupational health services, and disability management to promote the health and safety of UCSC faculty, staff, and student employees.
